Conference Facilities Planning a conference? The Latchis offers a variety of options. For small groups, the hotel has a conference room with private bath that can accommodate up to eight participants. If you are lodged with us, guests will receive a corporate room rate, and use of the conference space for free. If your group does not require lodging we charge a nominal conference room fee of $35 per hour. In either instance, for a small extra charge we will be happy to provide coffee and tea, as well as a selection of delectable local pastries. For large conferences that are lodged at the hotel, the Latchis has a cooperative arrangement with the Marlboro College Technology Center. The Tech Center is just a few minutes by foot from the hotel, and offers a variety of beautiful meeting spaces for both corporate and social events. Many of the conference rooms have state of the art audiovisual, digital, and computer equipment, and several offer spectacular river views.
